In order for you to live life on your terms, fully conciously, we’ve got to understand the reasons we do the things we do. We cannot change anything about the beliefs that run our lives until we become aware of what they are.
Next we learn how to swap old, limiting beliefs with those that actualy serve us. We actually have a lot more autonomy than most realize to pick and choose and change beliefs. Since they make such a big difference in our lives, let’s pick the ones that take us where we’d like to go!

No. Our work is about helping you change your relationship with alcohol so you can make clear, honest decisions that fit your life. Many clients choose alcohol free living, but the focus is always on freedom, not rules or labels.
If you are already asking that question, you are in the right place. You do not need a rock bottom to deserve support; you only need a sense that something is off and you want more from your life. Together we use curiosity, not shame, to figure out what is really going on.
Therapy often looks to the past to diagnose and treat, while coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. In our sessions we work on practical tools, nervous system safety, and new ways of thinking about your habits and identity. Coaching is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, and I am happy to complement the work you are already doing with a therapist.
This is a free one on one call where we get clear on what you want, what is getting in the way, and what you have already tried. I ask questions to surface the beliefs and patterns running in the background so we can see what truly needs to shift. You will leave with next steps and a sense of whether working together is the right fit.
No. Many clients come in for support around drinking and also find relief with overworking, doom scrolling, stress eating, or other numbing habits. The tools we use work across habits because we focus on the beliefs and default programs underneath, not just the behavior on the surface.
